Her passion for learning and her ability to convey complex concepts in an inspiring and relatable way have made her one of the most widely read authors in Mexico. She has published 17 books on various topics related to well-being and human development, the most recent of which is Exhale, everything will be okay… if you decide so.Each of his books has been a bestseller. Over the course of his career, he has sold more than three million copies.
Gaby Vargas was the first image consultant in Mexico and has shared her knowledge and inspired thousands of people through lectures in different countries, radio and television programs, and her column "Genius and Figure," which has been published in major national newspapers for over 25 years. Throughout his life, he has participated in and directed various philanthropic activities. Initiator together with her husband, Pablo González Carbonell (…) of Ball for Value, a foundation that instills values in children of the State of Mexico through soccer and creator -along with her husband- of the Fundación del Instituto Marillac, which provides education for low-income people to study for a Bachelor's degree in nursing and midwifery. She has donated the royalties from several of her books to the latter.
